chloe grove, born in greater london in 1981, makes large format drawings, small edition prints, sculptural objects, embroidery pieces & paintings, with focus on an interest in finding unfamiliar ways of using traditional media.
inspired by pop science, digital aesthetics and macabre subject matter, she often works in meticulous, time consuming ways, enjoying passing the time in a decelerated alternative reality.
chloe has participated in shows in germany, uk, australia, macedonia, austria, japan, denmark, france, & most recently china.
she is also half of the music duo, exotic baryon, & has sung with the band, thieves like us.
